ebay and paypal address

just a quick question

i have a paypal and ebay both are suspended and limited

is there anyway i can use my real address again with ebay and paypal? i dont get how i would get the items i bought and stuff if i give in any address? im new to all this so sorry for all the stupid questions,i have another ebay under a family members name and address and stuff but,i want another one of my own again so i can start to sell stuff again

The accounts with incorrect details are usually for selling I'm afraid :(

You could use slight variations I guess?
