Need some PayPal advice...

Hi Guys,

My original PayPal Account a few weeks ago got Limited. Because PayPal is my main source of income, I needed another one asap, so I bought one from the member here.

After 3 days, it has become limited. They say they need to confirm my location, and gave me the following three options:

1. Telephone Number
2. Proof of Address Document
3. Confirm Credit Card.

I want to go with Confirm Credit Card - If I was to purchase a VCC and add it to my PayPal Account, what are the chances of my account being unlimited? Any advice would be hugely appreciated!

you don't have access to a phone on that zipcode?
if you don't, then get a avsvcc which will confirm your location for sure.. a normal vcc will not %100 confirm your location they will ask later for proof (bill)
