Addresses are not blocked, it is all the tracking onfo and IP address that are blocked.
1. Clear Out Cookies, flash cookies and Browsing History.
2. New Windows User Account.
3. New IP address.
4. New email address.
5. New Bank Account.
6. New Credit Card.
7. New Landline Phone Number.

I've been suspended and re-registered many times with the same street address for years so I beg to differ. They look at more technical methods to personally identify you and track you.

From what I am told by other VIPs on this forum... As for the USA, ebay can only detect your address number---- such as 123 "what ever" St, located at zip code 44555 in Cugarville....
so you can also live on 123 cugar st. with zipcode 44555.
I have not verified it for a fact just yet... hopefully someone can put you up to date with it.

Did you use the same exact details each time----
say you live on 123 Main St.... and your debit card is reg to 123 Main St.... Did you switch things up, and told ebay you live on 123 Apple Street.

As I mentioned before in another thread there is a difference between appearing as a new member on ebay and appearing as a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ member on ebay.
This forum advocates using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ everything.
I believe you are more likely to run into trouble using non existant addresses and names which don't appear on electoral roles or Royal Mail databases. Ebay are searching for the scammers who are likely to dodge paying fees so if you use non traceable details, they're not going to be happy.
I use my real name and address and change absolutely everything else.
I've never suffered from linked accounts going down during limitations and have had minus balance Paypal accounts at an address where family members still operate their ebay accounts.
When you use your real details and ebay/ paypal limit your account, you can take them to court at no cost to remove the 180 day limit and start trading again.

You don't see a connection? Recycling addresses, and repeat suspensions?
I've never used the same address twice. And I've never had an account get suspended more than once from any address I've used.
Maybe I'm just lucky in a trivial sorta way. Quote:

Ok I want to get my stealth account up and running today. I am also confused about the postal address thing, use the same address as my suspended Paypal account? (and dodgy Ebay account), or use a slight variation, like instead of postcode nw18tq, use nw18tr, or something. Also, should I be using my real name?

I just opened up a new bank account with HSBC and asked the lady at the bank if I got payments from paypal and the name was slightly different would that matter e.g: joe bloggs to joe floggs? and she said it would be raised up as fraud. Now I'm stuck again and dont know what to do, use real name or ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

The lady at HSBC lied. Go ahead and add the HSBC account to Paypal and transfer your funds when you need to.

you can use same address as banned one BUT with slight tweaks, eg different name or give a different postcode, eg last letter different (sometimes long roads have more than one postcode) . How about instead of a door number, use a house name instead. I would not risk the exact same name and address though, you are asking for trouble..
also, I think I depends how long ago address was banned, several years ago, well you are ok, but if you have been banned last week and starting again is a bit obvious, it doesnt allow for the fact that people may have moved in all those years....

Whoa!
Since that worked, you don't need to buy anything. Next time you need an IP, change the last 2 pairs in your Router MAC.
Example:
00:00:00:00:11:22 change to 00:00:00:00:33:44
The values are in HEX which is base-16. digits and letters A-F are valid.
00 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 0A 0B 0C 0D 0E 0F 10 11 12 13 ... 1A 1B 1C 1D 1E 1F 20 ... Quote:

Also with the trick you mentioned above "change the last 2 pairs in your Router MAC", this may not work as I think my working router MAC is registered with Virgin, thats why the spare router didnt work. I think
I think the only real way I will know for sure is if I try it with the router I have right now, so I'll do that in a bit ans see what happens. Other wise its not really a big issue as I can always sell the routers that get infected and buy another one, problem solved :D

Or do you have a need to have access to the address for possible returns?
