Ok guys.. Got hit with this today!! with these messages below..

What do you think the chances are of getting the account back running? Also what triggered this ???

online community, we regularly screen account activity.
Our review of your account has identified an issue regarding its safe use.
We have placed a restriction on your account as a precaution.

To lift the restriction we will require some further information from you.

2. Click on the "My Account" tab.
3. Click on the sub-tab "Resolution Centre".

Okay well when you log into the Paypal account what are they asking for?? Also what payments have you made from the account? We need more information in order to give you advice.

running 2 accounts on the 1 paypal, been doing that for over 6 months.. Selling branded clothing.. only 30 items per account .. so 60 items per month..

Payments have been from buyers for the items, i have been withdrawing every couple of days .. both accounts 100% feedback.. around 200 feedbacks on each..

Paypal states - 10 May 2010: Our system found unusual activity associated with your PayPal and eBay accounts that present a potential high risk

Anyone ?

Just received this also... Is the account dead from what im receiving or worth fighting for ?

As part of our security measures, we regularly screen activity in the
PayPal system.

During a recent screening, we noticed there is no address or Identity
documents attached to your account. Please provide an address and Identity
Document by logging into your PayPal account and clicking on “lift your
account limits/view limits” or faxing the information on the fax number
provided below.

Please provide one of the following valid Identity documents;

1. Passport
2. Drivers License
3. Official government documentation including your Date of Birth

Please provide one of the following valid Proof of address;

1. Recent utility bill (Within last 6 months)
2. Recent Financial Statement (Within last 6 months)
3. Certificate of Residence

If you are faxing information, please use the cover sheet provided by
PayPal. You may get the Cover sheet by clicking on “lift your account
limits/view limits” then select “lift limits” or “ Fax documentation” The
cover page contains information specific to you and using it ensures that
your documents are routed and handled in a timely manner

If they are asking for address and identity then just supply them with one. Does the account not have a address on it? And for the DL or passport it looks like you will just have to get creative . It is possible the account can be saved if that is all they are asking for. Look at it this way. What is the worst that can happen?? Either they will unlimit the account or it will stay limited.
