Default Paypal Limited.... vero items

So, i have been working on getting some better documents made, this is a good one now, i think they accepted the supplier info... but still rejected it, this is what it says.. not accepted on the paypal site, see email for details. Now on the e-mail it's asking... "Upload or fax a statement showing the authenticity of the ********** products sold."

So, any tips on what/where is needed to show that items sold were indeed real? I mean seriously how the hell are you supposed to get this? And who says whether it's real or ⊗⊗⊗⊗? Some chick making minnium wage at the dillards counter? seriously?

I would have thought the supplier info is enough..so it must be they didnt like the look of your supplier, ie. they dont think that supplier could supply auth goods for some reason..what catagory of goods are they and what sort of supplier did you give and from which country, was is a supplier they could have called and was it the real supplier of these goods, or made up?

Have you tried to call paypal? Usually, a phone call goes a long way. Socially engineer the person on the other end of the call to do what you want them to. Make them empathize with your situation, and make them feel like it will be their fault if your kids don't get ipads for christmas this year.

Paypal and ebay are really cracking down on a lot of things, escpecially items sold in certain categories... often, their regulations affect smaller sellers, that are legit.

Call em up, that's what I would do.

I would, but i can't produce the social security # , and i still gotta ⊗⊗⊗⊗ the utility bill/id. That being said, even if i did 2 of the 3, what are the odds they let me slide on the social security #?

the items being sold are in the health and beauty area...

i used a certain illinois liquidator that sells online, and also is a store, with their address/info and website address......

You didn't mention anything about the ssn in the original post..... that is very, very hard to get around.

I know, i figure this was a lost cause situation. I just figured i'd try and get creative and see if i can get by with things. So for future reference i know what works and doesn't work for a limitation that doesn't have a ss # involved. If i just don't resolve the stuff they ask me for, will the 180 days be delayed? I ask because this particular accounts ebay account still works.. and i definitely don't want to piss paypal off so that i lose the ebay account too.. even though i know, i could eventually. I'd still like to keep the ebay as long as possible. I've been able to request payments from other means and so far nobody has got upset.

I'd call them ASAP.

If you do nothing, the 180 day hold will most likely go into place.
