What the hell "unusual activity"?? I have made like ONE withdrawl per month. How is that unusual??

They want to know who my suppliers are! Well most of the stuff I've been selling is my own second-hand goods from around my home. So I'm the supplier! The other stuff is drop-shipped, but my "supplier" doesn't know that I buy to drop ship. If I give Paypal their details will they contact the supplier?

Also Paypal want proof of delivery but how do I provide tracking details for the items that were drop shipped?

Also, most of the items that I sell from around my home are send via normal Royal Mail, so no tracking number (you have to pay extra for tracking and most of my items are low-cost so buyers dont want to pay extra for tracking).

Can you guys advise me on these points please? :(

Have you started to sell more items than normal recently or have sold higher prices items recently? That is usually the reason.

Yes I have.

I'm due to give birth in July so I'm getting rid of a lot of stuff from around the house, to make room for the new baby.

What was the last thing you did on the paypal account?
Did you receive a payment?

Did anyone open a case?
Did you create any shipping labels?
Did you have many payments with no tracking attached?
Were any sales international by nature?
Was the account verrifed via cc and bank?
Were you selling vero?
Did the ebay account also get suspended? How old was the ebay account?
This was a pure stealth?
Did paypal call you?

Life of account? I've been using it for years. It is vertified.
How much was received? today, the last week and the last 30 days? About £1,600 in the last week. I've been selling my ass off. Working very hard.
What was the last thing you did on the paypal account? Receive a payment. They keep coming through on a regular basis.
Did you receive a payment? Yes loads, because I have been selling a lot of items. I have 100% positive feedback on my eBay account. I'm not doing anything wrong. Just selling a lot of items.
Did you send money? I withdrew over £1,000 on Sunday. I needed this to pay the postage for the items I have shipped.
Did anyone open a case? Not recently.
Did you create any shipping labels? I don't use Paypal shipping labels.
Did you have many payments with no tracking attached? Yes. Most of my buyers do not purchase tracking. I get certificates of posting from the post office instead.
Were any sales international by nature? A lot were yes. I list internationally.
Was the account verrifed via cc and bank? What's cc? I think the answer is yes. My account is verified.
Were you selling vero? What does that mean?
Did the ebay account also get suspended? No.
How old was the ebay account? 6 years old.
This was a pure stealth? No.
Did paypal call you? No.
Did activity in price/frequency change recently from the previous months? Yes, I sold a lot more items.

You need to call them, and give them the 3rd degree and explain your situation, i am sure with the right pressure this will be fixed. You sound legitimate and can provide them with everything except "supplier" which btw they specifically ask in the limitation what items you need to show proof of supplier as, if it's an item you've had for a long time. Explain that to them, PHONE CALL in this particular authentic situation is required. Now if you're being shady, well a phone call still helps.. But either way calling them gets things going.

They've now put a limit on my eBay account so that I can't sell any items.

Yeah it is because all of a sudden you started to sell a lot. I suggest giving them a call and try to resolve it with them.

Apparently they are only open 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday (UK). Is this correct? :( Or am I looking at the wrong page?
