What is the connection between PayPal and Banks??

Does anybody knows what is PayPal connection with the banks?

Can they just ruin someone history by sending a letter to bank asking money we have withdrawn??

Sometimes it is really hard to understand on how they can just goes to your bank acc and reverse some money...

Its basically that when you sign up and put in your bank details to "verify" you are giving them permission to put money in your account as well as take it out. They actually cant do as much as people like to think they can. Its just with stealth accounts we are in a harder to complain area.
