 New ebay account needs PayPal link?
Hi,
I opened a new ebay account and confirm the identity via phone and entropay card, I was trying list something to test is working and I keep getting an error that i cannot list if i don't confirm the identity by linking a verified paypal to the ebay account. Is this because of the entropay cards, is anyway to create and verify an paypal account without a bank account? Or are there any other cards that will still work on ebay?
