limited paypal account

My paypal account was put to limited about 2 days after i sold someone a piece of software on ebay. been verified for along time, ebay account is fine, no contact from customer assuming they didn't do it it was paypal's fault. sent them proof of address best i could, tracking info, photos of Social security card and passport, i don't have the last 2 things they want:

Jul 5, 2010 Provide Invoices
Jul 5, 2010 Supplier Contact Info

so i was thinking: can i goto office depot, buy the software, take a picture of the receipt, and get creative with the date (so it doesn't appear i purchased after i shipped obviously lol) and send them that. i'm not attempting to make my own invoice which would be silly i think.

first off - yea prob shouldn't have put that pp id up but where the heck is the edit button!?

won't let me edit my original post -.-

so - so is it safe to do this? get a label and make the date? then for vendor contact info i would just send them the name and address of the office depot? they won't actually call about the purchase will they? if i pay with cash i would assume it wouldn't really be as traceable

got it removed! called up, talked real nice, explained i had gotten some stuff off craigs list and some stuff it was too late to return to the store. sent in a "real receipt" for one item to show it was past returnable.
