This card cannot be used for this transaction

Tried to buy something off ebay and gotten this error from paypal at ebay checkout which require me to add a different card for payment due to my current card cannot be used for this transaction.

The strange thing is i bought another item that require immediate payment and it worked without any problem.

is this a paypal glitch or something else is going on?

You dont have enough funds to cover payment... either that or the card issuer is stopping payment.

How do I know?

I know ebay has a system to recognize prepaid, virtual, and gift cards. Careful.
