i phone tethering

hey guys i ha ve done some diging around in forums but i couldnt find a straight answer.

if i use my iphone tethered as my internet connection to access ebay and paypal will it give me a new ip address everytime i use it?

at the moment i have wifi at home but its ip address would have been logged to another account.
