All of your current listings have been removed from eBay. Any remaining fees that are on your account are due immediately. These fees will be charged using the billing method that you currently have on file.

You are not allowed to use eBay in any way during your suspension. Doing so may result in your permanent suspension. You're also not permitted to register a new account or use another existing account.

The only thing I was selling were legitimate copies of the academic version of Adobe software I bought straight from adobe.com

Also, I sent in all the reinstatement papers, then made a new account on eBay with the same info (I didn't read the last part of this email) unfortunately. Then the new account got banned and I got an email saying that this account has been permanently suspended...

Is there anything I can do to get this account back?

Now, you've got the problem of using ebay while suspended,, do you have an account manager at ebay?
if not--
go to the library--set up an acct in diff info-
then, sit and wait on reply for that old acct--
all depends, was the acct aged?
was it 100% fb?
only violation ever?
things to consider....

-They removed a listing once "keyword spamming" in the title. Wtf?

So basically you want me to make a new account on a different IP, then what?

HI- ok, followup-
ok, so just a 6 month old acct, well, then you may think about a new acct then,
create it on seperate pc, used till you hear about the other.
if your other gets reinstated, then just sit on the other acct, as a backup. do not ever log into it from same ip.
BTW_ the acct mgr was if you were a longtime power seller..
sometimes they can help, in a delicate matter.

Did you also send in the government ID? I am trying to figure out how to get around that. All my account information is ⊗⊗⊗⊗. I think I can ⊗⊗⊗⊗ the utility bill, but the ID is a bit hard. Let me know if any of you knows how to get around this. Thanks!

This SAME thing happened to me but nothing is working to get around it.
I was selling legit Adobe disc's also, and I have been suspended for a month. I don't know how to get them to reinstate my account

move on get create a stealth account. if you were selling adobe software they will not reinstate your account. Adobe dosen't want their products on ebay real or not. they were one of the first vero accounts on ebay (pre-1999 along with autodesk) if you ever attempt to sell they will continue to pull your auctions and suspend your account. trust me in 2000 i had an issue with adobe pulling my auctions for legit software and they plainly told me they don't want them listed PERIOD.
