Buyer had me drop ship

I knew I was drop shipping because they said.no invoice to be included.

Anyway the guy emails me and says recipient received perfume unboxed unsealed and bottle neck cracked... I shipped the item boxed and sealed with factory wrap.

What if it was a gift for somebody? No invoice for a gift (I'd hope)

It was purchased by a website... Anyway he wanted to know what to do. I told him it was shipped as pictured..boxed..sealed.. And offered to show photograph of my stock pictured as such. I also mentioned I was selling a used one..which was ending last night.so obviously I'm not scamming.

Advice - if you did what you said you did but you dropshipped so how can you be sure? Process the refund but make sure you get the item back. Part of business is dealing with false claims and, yes, losing some money....happens all the time.
