Default eBay alternative funds extraction

I've read and searched all through the forums and I havent found any exact answers nor ones that are from this year really. My questions are:

Is Cart Manager the only way to connect Google Checkout to eBay?

When you sign up for a new seller google checkout account, you have to wait 10 business days after an order is complete before they release the funds to your account. If you use Cart Manager, does that stop the 10 day wait?

Lastly, if you use Cart Manager linked with Paypal, does Paypal still hold money on "high risk" items.

Pretty much I am looking for an alternative that when a buyer pays, I can get the money within a few business days. I don't like shipping until I have the money so that it can be held or what the **** ever for how ever long thieves feel like holding it for.

Thank you.

Thats a pretty high request. A full blown merchant account is your only option there. And you would need some serious credit with your bank

The internet is rampant with scammers, no electronic payment system is just going to give you the payments next day. PayPal, believe it or not, is one of the fastest with eBay.

blargh. I just like how amazon, after waiting 14 days, you can request money every 24 hours. I hate drop shipping as I believe in personally inspecting every item, but having low startup funds makes it very hard to wait 21 days for every purchase.

have you tried Merchant Inc? merchantinc.com I found it off of paypalsucks.com

Also if you do paypal through Cart Manager, does it stop the 21 days hold?
