have stealth paypal but I can only send echeck payments

I only want to use my paypal to send payments that is it. But the only option I currently have is to send a echeck I can not send a instant transfer. I did add a prepaid credit card onto my account. Do I need to use a real credit card? Also if I order a new check card can I use a different billing address on the check card? I did order the stealth guide.
