I have Breaking Bad Season 1-2 is this a high risk item?
Will i get suspended if i list these DVDs?

Is it only 1 of them? You should be alright listing it. But if you had 100 of them and tried putting them all on then you would run into problems. Remember they are imposing sales limits on all new accounts right now.
