Default Vanilla Visa gift card no longer good for ebay?

I just tried to use it like I alway's do and ebay is not accepting it for reimbursement as it shows up as a prepaid card.

Honestly, Vanilla is the only one I've used in all this time, anybody know an alternative I could try?

Yup Vanilla does not work anymore and i use to use these on ebay most of the time. You can try secured credit cards or vcc's that are being offered on this site by many different sellers. I bought one from 123 and it worked great.

Yes, make sure to get some cards that expuse the code if you want to lift your limit on PP.

I just spent $55 on these cards from a member of the forum for PP and they do not work at all! These things are a waste of money and should be banned from the forum!

These do not work on ebay.

These do work on paypal i have 100's of them lying around never had a problem with them.

So unless your useing a non usa paypal then these will work! u have to reg it with the zip code to match the zip code on Pp

They just changed the card design recently, it used to be white now they have a black design on the package and the cards grey, the last time I got one of the those it wouldn't work, just tried one of the new ones again and it worked.

Maybe some people are saying they won't work because they are not registering it? I dunno...

Used a new one recently and it didn't work.

yeah i can bet money thats what it is. and i know for fact thats why selling4life could'nt use them cause he didnt reg them cause i sold them to him then he said he did and they still wouldnt work then i went to vanilla site and check and saw he still did'nt reg them after i told him to and was wanting a refund cause they wouldnt work. i dont refund giftcards/vcc's just like the back of the packing says giftcards are non refundable.

Some vanilla cards work with out needing to be registerd others wont work unless begin registerd but they will all work on paypal if there registerd in same zip as paypal

What is registering the card? Is that adding the ""address and name" you are using, onto the VCC website/bank so that when you take it to ppal it matches? That is just a guess.

catch me up on which is good or bad:
Entropay = out
vanilla visa = out for eby but ok for ppal
yes?

yes you need to register with your stealth name and addy.

pink welcome to the forums but you need to do some reading up...and please please try and work with the guys selling stuff on here before saying they ripped you off etc. 99.9 percent of the time its User Error not their product

In the the nicest way I can say it ive came across a few of your posts and they are covered in the book. I know you want to get back to selling asap but a little work and effort go a long way. Everyone is allowed a few silly ?s, trust me I do all the time but slow down and study a bit

I registered a Vanilla Visa a few weeks ago and it would ONLY let me add a zip code; PayPal would not accept it since it could not verify the street address.

The only thing that was unique about the card was that it allowed me to add up to $500 or so, it was not a fixed $50/$100 card. Bought it at Walgreens, followed the instructions and it only asked for a zip. Probably waited a few hours. This was around a month ago.

Never seen that one, the ones I usually get are the $25 ones with the silver packing and they still work.

Interesting, I have one of those, but haven't used it to do anything with but make purchases on paypal.
