Old payment refunded and paid to new account

My cousin had sent me some money and when my paypal account got limited I refunded it to him, well if I invoice him with a stealth account do you think their is a chance the accounts get linked if he dont send many payments out??

That is a good possibility. Especially if the original payment is part of the reason the account was limited in the first place.

This would be a high risk to your stealth account.
