explaining the reason behind the decision to limit access to it.
Possible reasons could include:
• Possible unauthorised account access
• Unresolved buyer disputes or credit card chargebacks
• Violations of PayPal’s User Agreement or Acceptable Use Policy
To see what we need you to do to restore your account access, follow
these steps:
1. Log in to your PayPal account at
www.paypal.com
2. Click on ‘Resolution Centre’ link near the top of the page
3. Complete all steps listed in the 'Steps to Remove Limitations' table
The steps you will be asked to complete to restore access are unique to
your issue. Often they will involve simply providing information to
verify your identity, financial information or the merchandise you are
selling.
• Steps which are not completed have a status of ‘Waiting for your
response’
• Steps which are completed but require review have a status of ‘In
Review’
• Steps which are completed have a status of ‘Information Submitted’
When all the steps are completed we will review the information. We aim
to complete our review within 48 hours. Information is reviewed in the
order on which it is received. We will email you with an update when the
review is complete.
