Yeah I want too see if its because of chinese new year the post office is not open?

My supplier tells me that the 13th is the last day of the holiday, that it is back to business as normal on the 14th.

Nothing gets shipped during the holiday.

Will depend if your goods are coming from the mainland or HK? DHL & UPS are resuming normal service as of today, and all other services should be back to normal by the 10th.

"I don't know how to complete the transaction, how to send the funds over, how to provide me with the address; I don't know how much it will cost EMS to ship the goods, quite a bit of problems similar to that.

Plus, it's kinda troublesome. If the quantity is not alot, the staff here won't print a shipping label. Our shop is dedicated to ship the goods internationally, but the HQ is in ShenZhen, which is not under my control"

Cant translate for you, but nothing has been moving out of China since the end of January. Suppliers are back to work anytime within the 10th to the 14th. I tried to order something from eBay last night, and was told the post office is closed until the 10th. Everything will be back to normal soon!

China is currently celebrating New Years, hence all factories and delivery services are on holiday.
I'll have to wait until the holiday is over, which is around the 13th in order to ask the manufacturer whether if they can ship to the America to determine if I can complete the transaction with you.
However, I will be going to ShenYang on the 16th for a vacation and will return to ShangHai on the 23rd.
I have already gotten your address, but if you want to perform the transaction, how can you send the funds to me?
Do you only need one T-shirt (I think)?
