Account suspended with o/s claims

suspended because i have 7 open cases from buyers when the limit is 3 and 4 unresolved , or resolved by ebay is there anything i can do ?

If this is your real account, meaning with your real info, I would try to resolve the 4 cases, because if you don't, and you owe ebay money, eventually it'll go to a collection agency.

For now, it is best you follow the steps in the ebay Stealth Book you purchased, make money on there, move on, and eventually come back and resolve those 4 cases if you can't handle them at the moment.

so, since that is taken care of you are still suspended, correct? If so, your only option is to write ebay trust & safety, to try to get reinstated, if that doesn't work then you have no other choice but to go stealth.

What was the basis for the claims? If it's your item, then decide what you can do to make sure there are less problems.

If it's silly buyers, then step up your customer service to stop their problems escalating. Sadly your figures nothing to ebay. You might be the nicest guy around but all ebay see is buyers complaining. Buyers win over sellers

Time to polish your act and beat buyers & ebay.

I hear you man...I have a similar problem except not quite as many cases. In fact if you exceed 1% and QTY 3 opened resolved buyer protection cases you are given a "below standard" rating which moves you to the last page of the searches. That's where I am at and I fear a suspension coming on because I can't get my sales up being on the last page.

But yes--your only option is to be at the mercy of ebay or go stealth.

I Know that you may Not think so but if you Have Just 1% of your Transactions Disputed, it is Considered HIGH by Ebay/Paypal,,I Personally did not have ANY Disputes in 2010 with Over 6000 Sales,,

I Know that the Product has a LOT To do with it,,But just so you can get an Idea,,The Products I sell average a 3.2% Failure Rate,,So I do Have my share of Problems,,But I NEVER allow them to Become Official Disputes.

You seem to have an Awful Lot of Disputed Transactions,, I am of course assuming that you had all 7 within the Past year,,,700 feeback,,so Maybe 1000 Sales,,7%,,,,Thats Really HIGH,,,,,,

That is an ULTRA High Risk Category, where Fraud is RAMPANT, You better believe that Ebay/Paypal is going to be a Little tougher on Autograph Sellers tougher even than Guys who sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Disney DVD's

The Best thing for you to do is to contact them Directly and Plead your Case to the Best of your Ability and Hopefully you will get a Sympathetic ear on the other end of the conversation who will Reinstate your account,,,

Welcome to the forums - first of all, going stealth will allow for new accounts.

As for YOUR problem, if you were ONLY suspended, your account might be able to be reinstated. This happened to an old powe rse ller account of mine - I spoke to live chat Agent who explained to me that it was not INDEFINITE.

A month later, I was reinstated - try to chat with an agent first.

they told me it was indefinate they suspended me before saying i was selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ autographs which i do not a lot of my items have psa dna coas an ebay approved authenticator i pai ebay over $9000 in fees in the last 12 months and this is how they thank me not cool

That's not 7%. It is 0.7% if he sold around 1000 items.
