Not possible: Info changes in front of you but the old/linking info stays on record.
Look at it this way, if it worked, I can tell you 99.99999999999999% of us would do it.
| The reason I ask such question is because eBay/PayPal cannot really identify you individually unless they had something unique to you...a lot of John Jones's exist and they could all share similar details lol but how would eBay know which one is which without something unique...address, phone number, bank account, name are not ID for a person. DOB is the only thing I could think about that eBay could use for uniquely identify you...
I can only really think of genuine things like passport number, National Insurance Number, DNA etc etc lol none that eBay/PayPal have!
Going back to my question, If I give a plausible and common real life scenario, if MY account got suspended when I was living at my mums house but she never used her account until she moved house 2 years later (without me lol) and she updated all her details on eBay and PayPal before she started selling again on eBay...you really think she would get suspended for being linked?
The only way to link her to my account would only be time & date...i.e. she was using the same details as my suspended account when my account got suspended...but even then...only IP address could be used because who updates their info on eBay/Paypal as soon as they move house!
Or what about another less common but still plausible, someone with the same second name, relative or not, moved into your house (address etc linked to a suspended account) some time after you have moved out. Everything they entered would be similar detail, second name, address, telephone number etc...apart from maybe the IP. Surely if what you say is true, then they could get linked to a suspended account lol
Just seems like without anything unique to you, moving house and changing bank would allow you to use your normal details again?! D.O.B is the only one I think would link the accounts...
