still struggling ip's?

hi im just starting to get things on route to new id's and turned off my router which gave me a new ip is this enough. The wan mac address change is really confusing me, is what i have done sufficient to clear my links thanks

Mac address change is not really an issue to worry about with eb ay yet from what I have understood.

hello, i got a 3g dongle, it gives you a new ip address ever time you connect, and as it goes im very happy with the speed, 15 pound a month, no contract, happy days
