Seller Accounted Restricted? help?

OK i have been selling on ebay for 6-7 years, have feedback approaching 4000, like 99.9 % positive, have had maybe 1 negative in a year, 1 or 2 neutrals in a year, my DSR detailed seller ratings are all super high! 4.8-4.9 of 5 each... OK last fall they LIMITED my selling account (not a big deal b/c i normally sold LESS than the limits anyhow) and a few days ago, they restricted it

i called and asked to appeal, no dice, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NOT HAD 1 single negative or neutral or pay pal complaint SINCE THEY DID the limit a few months ago! apparently the window they look at shifted and even though i did NOTHING wrong since then my account of years is caput!!!!!!!!

OK QUESTIONS! 1. should i just call my cable/dsl and have them reset my IP and then set up an account under a relatives name using their cell and bank info? is that enough?

ALSO maybe im stupid, i read the guides about how to reset the IP on my cable modem, BUTTTT its too techincal ( I mean it says RESET MAC... and i dont know how to do that!) can someone walk us LESS THEN TECHINCAL people through it step by step like we are dumb? please

Not unless they have agreed and are aware of what your doing under their name, trading ilegally, risking their eBay/PayPal future etc etc

Remember to photocopy their ID and recent bank statement to be prepared.

Just do what you already mentioned, phone your ISP and ask for a new IP, for privacy reasons if they ask why.

You only need one new Static IP address if you are just creating one new eBay/PayPal account.

When I load SMAC up it only shows my NIC, do I need to connect to the router/modem using ethernet/cable?

yup.. connect directly to the modem.. i dont kno too much how to use it with a router.. but the way i do it.. just conenct the modem straight to the pc with a ethernet cable

Not as upset as your relatives will be when you stuff up their credit. family & freinds never mix for business. You really are asking for trouble to use another's bank account. NOT recommended at all.

Take responsibility and make your own accounts. Damage yourself, not relatives.

If you dont want to call your cable/dsl provider, you can think of tethering a cell phone or other options.

Take a step back, slow down a bit. Then work out a plan that does not invlove family

????? i guess ill buy the ebook to be sure--- BUT how would using a relatives info hurt their credit? I mean if i use my spouses info and as long as the fees are paid, that shouldnt impact Their credit right?
