 Question about re-used bank account from suspended paypal
I have a question on the subject. Last year my paypal a/c was limited - pp asked for a bank account which I duly gave them along with photo i.d. Anyway, after I confirmed the bank a/c they locked my account and froze my cash in there for 180 days. After the 180 days they said that I could now withdraw my cash to the bank account, which I did, result!
Now I cannot remove the bank a/c from the pp a/c even though the pp a/c is now locked. My question is, if I open up a stealth a/c and start receiving payments into the new stealth pp account, if this a/c is then restricted, when asked for a bank account will they let me use the old bank account that I used before.
