I need to refund a buyer but ...on my paypal i cant see Issue refund in this Transaction . what i need to do? he open a case on ebay.

I had this problem the other day....its because a dispute has been opened in eBay.

To issue the refund, go into the resolution centre, and where you should write a message to the buyer, there's a tab which says issue refund (it don't look like a button but it is), click it and go from there.

Took me a while to work it out, it really didn't stand out for me.

the refunded money has no option other than just a refund.
so it can't be sent as a gift.

i sold a blackberry as new i bought this from aliexpress i sold on ebay , He says that is not new, is reburbished , the mobile phone is not working well , so i need to refund him

know your business, and merchandise. This type of situation will eventually get you in irreversible trouble.

you can usually tell by the price if its an original or not...if its too good to be true in regards price, then its probably a f a k e.

as for sending the money as a gift i wouldnt do that because he may not close the case and then you will be down the money from sending the gift payment and the original payment if he wins the case.

Watch out for cloned phones, they use refurbished harware so they look and function like genuines but the IMEI number has been cloned from a genuine phone.

And at last, you have found the refund button!

#1 never refund a buyer via paypal using the gift method, because paypal will see it as you sending them the money as a gift, and not as a transaction, so the dispute could still be open, and he'll demand even more money from you. You have to be careful man.

Also, when selling products check feedback from sellers, ask questions, ask about refunds, exchanges, warranties, look up the items you want to sell on the auction site you sell, and make sure their profitable, check the feedback of those auction sellers to see what buyers have to say about the product you want to sell, so you won't make the same mistakes. While I can't comment on your business model, I looked briefly at your i ph one links to alieexpress...are not those phones ⊗⊗⊗⊗? they don't seem to have any "3 g"+ capability - your buyers will be unhappy...

yes when the buyer cancel case on paypal is ok to refund no before.
