180 day hold funds released but cant withdraw everything

well i have about 1100 in my paypal account but am only allowed 500 per month. if i add a VCC to that account would i be able to get the limit removed still even tho its an account that isnt really active, just needing to get my money?

give pp a call and play dumb and ask why you cannot withdraw your funds after 180 days as you belived you could after reading their t&c

Your thread title is not consistenet with what you ask in the post.

Should an account get 180 day hold, all available funds are released, usually.

But what you say in the actual posts, suggests something different completely.

well OBVIOUSLY you dont have a cc on that account.. and your limited to 500/mnth
so yes if you add a cc then you could withdraw everything

But I thought if you add a confirmed bank account, your paypal account is verified and then your able to withdraw all the funds, Am I wrong?

Or maybe ask the question again, you seem to have us all confused a bit.

just a quick question- lets say our PP is limited with bank and CC attached. After 180 days, can you change the bank info for withdrawal? ie add another bank account?

You can add another bank account - no problem.

@OP, you cannot withdraw everything to your bank account until the 2 deposits to CONFIRM the bank have gone through - do that.
