So how do I go about selling an omega watch. It's authentic and everything. Just that it got removed, I don't know how to go about selling it if it got removed this one time...

Omega watches are difficult to sell. Equally they are easy to reproduce.

Even if you have the paperwork ( and realistically you should) there's an in-crowd of sellers who will report the listing.

You would need to do spectacular photos of your listing with attached receipts.
A young account might be too risky to use for such a listing.
