When is it safe to relist?

Is it safe to relist an item after it was flagged by Vero? If so, how long should I wait and how many feedbacks I must have approximately? Just basically, share your thoughts guys and/or experience. Thanks

after 90 days, for some things, others shouldnt be trying on that account again, if depends on product, plus also the luck of who is watching you

no specific feedback amount is needed, more is always better

just sell something cheaper and more popular to get more feedback firstly.
