Can I use a linked account with a different real info on it?

Hi guys, I have just subscribed to this forum and I am very glad, that I've found it. I have also purchased the Ebay Stealth Book, which I found useful, but I've got some more questions for you.

I am from Bulgaria and my original Ebay account has been suspended 2 months ago. At this time I also had 2 additional accounts, which had the info of a friend of mine and my girlfriend. I tried to use them, but they both have been suspended too after a while. But the thing is, that they have been suspended for different reasons, than the original reason for suspending my original account (which was Trademark Violation).

The account with the name of my friend has been suspended for "duplicate listings", which was absolute nonsense, because the listings were similar, but not perfectly - they were different, because they included similar items, but with different sizes. But they had no pics on them and (maybe that's the reason). My girlfriend's account has been limited until I provide proof of merchandise and proof of identity. The identity of course was not a problem, but the invoice, that I have provided for the "proof of identity" issue, wasn't good enough for ebay, so they have suspended that account too.

Now I know, that these actions are maybe a pretext for removing linked accounts, but what if I do everything right with this 4th account, that I have?

So here is my question: I have this 4th account, which has been made a year ago, but never used for selling. It is for sure linked. But my question is - if I write my mother's name and address and I list only 6-7 items, which are all genuine, then what? They will restrict the account of course and they will ask for all the additional info, but this time I can send it all correctly. I will send a copy of my mothers ID card, I will send a real invoice and they will not have a choice, but to remove the restriction.

Am I right or there is something, that I am missing?



And just to specify something - I am not selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ stuff. I made replica decals and I use Trademarks of the brands, but I always state in my auctions, that the decals are made by me and I'm not trying to fool anybody, that I sell original stuff. And actually what I am thinking is the next time when I sell in ebay (if there is next time) not to use any brand's names. I know, that this will not safe me, because the pics can also be a reason for a listing to be removed for trademark violation, but I guess that way they will find me a little bid harder.

Yes, but in that case I can provide a real ID document of a real person if they want me to confirm my identity. Will that change anything?

OK, seems that nobody in this forum wants or can answer my question, so I will just post the others of my questions. If someone wants to help -OK, if not - so be it.

1 - Is the Google toolbar and the Gmail notifier really a problem when having stealth accounts?

2 - If I try to list on iOffer and I transfer my feedback from a suspended account in ebay, but from another IP, will that be a problem when I then use my iOffer account from the IP with the stealth account?

3 - I am receiving emails from my suspended ebay accounts. Are they a problem if I don't open them and send them directly to the recycle bin?

4 - Do they keep info about the fax numbers, because I'm planning to send documents for the different accounts from the same fax machine. Same question for the phone number, that you can call customer support from.

5 - I will list VeRo items, so I don't want to use more than 1 stealth account. I want to use my other accounts only if my first stealth account goes down. Usually my capacity is 200 items. Lets say that the now is the 90th day of the account. When roughly can I list all the 200 items?

I think nobody has responded because all the questions you are asking are already covered in multiple other threads.
Im brand new to stealth, but have read up on here for countless hours and days so have a bit of an idea on what needs to be done to keep a stealth account problem free. The main question your asking is a ridiculous idea and if youve read the Stealth Book and looked at threads on here surely you would realise that.
Just changing the name on an account and being able to produce the docs is not gunna save that account, it will go down for sure, maybe straight away, maybe it will last a few months. But if its linked to you in any way, past or present it will go down, especially if your selling vero.
I dont think you will ever get away with selling 200 items on a stealth, especially if they are vero. From what ive read on here you may need about 10-20 accounts to do it and even then it will be a problem if they are all vero items.

They maybe are covered, but I'm sure, that 40% of all the other questions here are too. After all - it will be very hard for anyone to read ALL the threads in the forum. I've used the search button and haven't found the info, that I need and that's why I'm asking.

I thought that a forum is for a talking and not just for "use the search button" and "buy the book" suggestions. If it is so hard for someone to just write a few things and try to help, then OK. Great forum.

And about how long will an account with VERO last - actually several months are enough for me. I need several years to promote my website trough ebay and that's it. And in that case what I thing I need is 5-6 accounts, which will last about 6 months each. And one more thing - I will not use brands in the description, and that for sure will make them last more, because the only reason for Vero suspending will be the pictures.

I have asked a total of 6 questions and never got an answer, and NO - the book doesn't have an answer for them and I haven't found answers in other threads either.

But again - if this isn't really a forum to talk and is just a "use the search button" suggestion guide, then I think it will be better to just add a warning message about that on the main page.

I think to be honest maybe your attitude may have put a few people off from helping.

Who knows how long an account selling vero will last, nobody has a magic ball im afraid.

To me it seems like your answering your own questions so why do you need advice anyway?

if theyve busted you already for trademark violation and you plan on selling the same stuff you aint gunna last long in my opinion, no matter how you try get around it

I'm sure that nobody has a magic ball, but for sure there are people with more experience, who have been gone trough that. And that is EXACTLY what forums are all about.

And if you're right, then there will be absolutely no point of the existing of the book or this forum, right? Fortunately, I think you're not.

An account with VERO will last as long as no one reports it. From reading your posts I get the impression that you are looking for definitive information. I am therefore going to get my crystal ball out and research this in depth for you. I will report back when I can give you a definite answer as to how long an account listing VERO items will last.

I suggest you don't list until I have done my research with the crystal ball

Well, for sure my crystal ball is telling me many things, that I have to say now, but I will keep them for myself.

I don't remember asking how long my account will last, but I remember asking 6 other questions, that haven't get an answer.

It's just a shame, that a forum, made for people to help each other for achieving the same goal, is becoming to a place like that. And you know what - I searched a little bit more and I found, that there are too many people, who are asking without getting an answer.

I will be very glad, if this thread will be locked or removed, because it is obvious, that it will not go to anywhere and I've already made my conclusions.
