Limited account - forever - what to do?

A few weeks ago i got an email that my account is limited and PayPal do not want to cooperate with me. I have tried to contact PayPal a few times but they said that there is nothing to do. I have read policies and agreements twice and could not find what i do wrong. PayPal does not wants to tell me what is wrong.

I decided to give all my customers payments to my sister and... after a few days they close also my sister account, the same problem with my mother and my friend. All accounts limited. :(

We could withdraw money after 90 or 180 days, PayPal blocked it for possible charge-backs. I had no charge-backs for 7 years at my account and there will be no charge-backs from my customers as they always receive their goods. Now i have more than 5000USD blocked there.

I called PayPal a few times, I wrote an tickets and they always say that i will be never available to have PayPal account in future.

The problem is that my customers really wants to pay with PayPal. What can i do now?
We do not sell anything illegal and we do not do anything illegal :( If they could tell me what is wrong than i will stop doing it. I just want to receive payments from my customers.

I was always a big fan of PayPal and i was always suggesting this way of payment to my friends as the fast and safe way to pay. For now this is just not fair.

Ok, bad news first.... you can't do a thing. Say good bye to that account for good.
Just wait the 6 months to cash in.

You are one of the many people who told me in real life, "Paypal is the way to go and the people who has problems with them must be doing bad things"... until it happened to themselves.

So I hope this will be a good example to everyone out there who thinks high and mighty.


Now the "great" news... Aspkin created the stealth guide.
You HAVE to get this book, read it, study it over and over again until you understand
how create, and maintain the account.

Don't bother creating one now, it'll get shut down again.

Does the guide will tell me how to create new PayPal account for my customers without getting limited within a few days?

Hi.Yes it works all over the world.Forget about your old accounts ebay and Ppal.Just get your money after 180 days.when i started with ebay i didnt even know they can limit all your money in paypal and suspend all ebay accounts one after another.First of all get the eBay Stealth and read it a couple of time as i did and keep looking for the questions you will definitely have in this forum.all answers are here.Good luck mate

ZSDEC!!! Welcome! You are one of our army. Very funny to read your first post (especially about your attempts of using your sister and mother accounts on your own PC) but I recommend you to relax, take a cup of green tea and watch to the SUN: you're alive and you're full of energy and strength!

Second. Take a break within your business and invest your money into eBay Stealth - you can download and screenshot it to print. Forget about everything and start build your own system. GeyPal is **** and you shouldn't be a fan of any corporation.

Also don't waste your time by phoning and emailing GeyPal support.

You will find a lot of great info here, don't hesitate to use "SEARCH BUTTON".

I did not say that I use my own PC. I use laptop with completely different location using GPRS or HSDPA connection. So the ip location was 300km from me. I have use new browser and removed all cookies before. Address of my mother was The only thing they could think it is me, because she live at the same address :(

The other thing is that I also take payments through our website, so they could easy go to the website and try to place an order and check where the payment go and than limit this account - what do you think, is it possible? If yes than I even have to create new website and give new marketing to so it will cost a lot of money.

Why are they doing it? I have no idea, but I know that customers love PayPal!

It will help you - customers love pa yp al but you must learn to work with the system and then to work outside the system.

If you have OWN traffic better setup 2CO account: it costs about 5% of the deal but you will receive full support and no TERROR from GeyPal.
All your clients with GeyPal could pay you via their own GeyPal accounts!
eBay Stealth is very interesting for stratagy on eBay.
But your own traffic is more preferable.

Spit on PayPal and setup 2CO account. 50 USD fees on set up and 5% from the deal. And NO TERROR from GeyPal.

DVP1977, thank you for your suggestion but 5% seems to be much to high for me:(

I use now Moneybookers instead of GayPal which works fine and it is only about 3% fee, but there are still customers who wants to pay with PayPal only. I tell them that i will need to charge them 5% fee if they want to use PayPal and they still wants to pay even 50USD more for order instead of use Bank Transfer or Credit or Debit card through Moneybookers.

So i really want to have PayPal account for only a few of my customers per month.

Anyway i think that all of us should ask customers to pay additional fee if they want to pay with PayPal, if many people do that than it will bring low reputation to PayPal.

So you need to set up Stealth PP account but get the orders MANUALLY without entering ANY information from your site...

no.. you put your ebay username on your moneybookers.com account so that it links.

Not all countries are able to use moneybookers with ebay.

Moneybookers/Skrill is great system, there is no such terror as GeyPal.
Please write clear within your listings that your clients doesn't need Skrill account, only valid credit/debit cards only to proceed the payments.
Some issues will be with mobile payments - some clients reported me that they didn't receive the requested codes...
