I used to get these Very often. they would complain, I would kiss their ass and a week after I sent them a refund or replacement they would get it. All you can really do is simply tell them that you did send it but sometimes they do not get scanned into the PO as they should. Then tell them you will send a replacement but when/if you get it in the mail can you please contact me so I can figure out what I want to do with it. If its cheap, tell them they can keep it. Most of the time they respond with "Okay I understand, I will give it another 5 days or so".
Also, if they dont believe you about the scan thing a the PO. Show them all the auctions for big colored decals that say "scan me" for that reason alone.
