After 180 days, still can not withdrawal

Does anyone have this situation?

pp limited my account over 180 days and tell me the account was a stolen account.

Which I did was using 5 different ebay accounts to 1 pp.

Now, pp wants me to provide eBay info but all my e bay & pp accounts were stealth.

Any suggestion?

Yes, I did, they said I have to provide ID which must match eBay info.

I also have one stealth PP acc with no option for withdrawal, my story is here - Over 180 days passed but withdrawal still not available.

Can you please show e-mail which sent you PP when limited your acc ?

If its alot of money talk to a lawyer. Find one in the yellow books or whatever resources in your country. If its not then explain to paypal that you have family or something. If they want documents at least you will be able to send that in.
