Good. I had this on 2 different accounts the other day also.
They said that the 21 day holds are not continuing. However be aware that they constantly review and determine if the holds will stay or go. It can come back, but I am enjoying it while it lasts.

How long did you have the accounts for before they decided to lift the holds?
Or is in on all accounts where they are not holding funds any more?

thats why on some account i have in reserve i sold a few things untill i see 21 day hold in pp, then when its time to use for real selling, no limits :D

Yes they can.
Just keep your nose clean and will be fine.
Hope you have or are making other accounts now for later use.

Potential is there but if the account 'behaves', the holds tend to stay away.

I tend to like the holds actually, makes it easier to manage, without the holds it's to easy to take out too much without leaving enough to cover fees and refunds which can cause the account to go down alot faster and also taking too much out too soon can also cause paypal to get limited, once the holds clear you're in much safer position to start withdrawing funds.

Should not happen if you keep them moderately active.

I had the holds and then they were removed. However I've just received an email saying they will be holding them again!
They really make selling in a high-risk category very, very difficult.

I know why, you heathens
I was just voicing my displeasure that some common sense is not used when applying these holds. Ah well, it's only a mild inconvenience anyway.
