MC198 - 7 days selling restriction

This is my main account with a Power Seller status. I was reported by a Vero member and my listing was removed with 7 days seller restriction given on my account.

I would like to know if this is my second MC198 strike, how many more can an old account like mine (4.9 DSR, 100% positive feedback) bare before things get real serious?

And from what I've read I should let this account cool off for 30 days? How would that help really?

One more strike. And the cooling off period is 90 days.

It will allow time for the strikes to drop off your dashboard.

For sensible sellers, it will give them time to find another item that will not hurt the account.

Decide what you are.

Powerseller or not, you have a damaged account. ebay is watching you now.

In 12 months time, even when these strikes have gone, there's usually still a note there. If ebay has a problem with you then, it might cause your account to be suspended.

Thanks for the quick reply, but I don't think there are any accounts on Ebay which are not "Damaged". Sooner or later Ebay surprises you with an injury :(

Guess it's time to let this account cool off for 30 days and move onto my stealth account.
