Got Listing removed, and 7 days selling restriction.

This is my 2nd time listing removed, emails from ebay are weird. It is the same listing that has been removed before, and one of the reason for removing my listing is: - Listing item in a Private Auction

And after this 2nd time listing removed, my policy status still Medium, same as before. And they didn't refund me the fees which is around $400 final fees. is that normal?

No thats not normal at all. Give it some time. Maybe the fees need to catch up with the actions.

It was removed 24th morning, now is 25th night. Still didn't get my final fee refund. And I am thinking I better not ask. Becasue looks they didn't really hit my account, my account status still medium, it was high and after first removal it's became medium, and looks the 2nd one didn't affect that. My account must be okay now, can still take one more removal, I think...am I right?
