 very strange, I got a new ebay restriction message for selling
I don't think that ebay knows what it is doing, Just bought the ebay and I have never learned so much about ebay. I already thought I knew everything.
I got a current problem where I live in Spain and my account is registered in Spain I made the mistake with IP and the account got connected to two accounts in the Uk which I logged in when Spain.
Now I can only sell on Ebay.es but when I log into any other ebay, Like ebay.com or ebay.co.uk and try and sell a item a message comes up saying:

To keep eBay safe, eBay reviews the accounts of members who are actively selling with multiple user IDs. While your accounts are being reviewed, you won't be able to sell with any of your accounts.
To begin the review of your accounts so that you can start using eBay again, please send an email to eBay Customer Support at cbtquestions@ebay.com with a list of all your eBay user IDs.
We'll review your accounts and get in touch with you to let you know when you're able to sell on eBay again or if we need more information.
I emailed cbtquestions@ebay.com but never get an answer nor can anyone help on the phone. I told them I don't have any other accounts and can still sell on Spain but not on any other websites from ebay.
Any help is much apreciated or if anyone can shed some light on this that had the same problem,
