PayPal limited - Can't withdraw money - HELP!

Hi,

I opened a stealth US PayPal with etrade (⊗⊗⊗⊗). Did some freelance design, and got $139 in the account. Got limited. 180 days past, I need to withdraw money.

I'm from Macedonia, can't open US bank acc.

Can someone help me get the money out of PP?

Anyone has an idea how?

there are no withdraw services on this forum

etrade is a flag because it is a method of verification that is widely used and they know about it. Services particularly from elance etc are also flags......

warning and I know this is not helpful, most offers on other forums to withdraw money for you, will be a scam......

You can do etrade, but you need to know how to do it carefully. I work with etrade accounts and currently have no problems. Of course im not just using etrade for verification. Im using it for withdrawing bits by bits and selling.

My etrade acc is blocked too, so...

I just need the money out of the PP since it's permanently limited. I would share the money 50/50 with someone willing to send the 50% to me through Moneygram or Western Union. You get $70.

I only need a working US bank acc to enter into the withdrawal PP fields. It's not a scam, I just need my money out.

Anyone?
