Ebay auctions and getting suspended with second chance offers...

So if you have not had any sales for 2 weeks and suddenly I give like 10 second chance offers and 1 day later im suspended does this mean second chance offer trigger account review?

And scheduled listings do they get reviewed before they even go live. I suddenly have noticed when I have scheduled listings they get removed before they even go live.

I have been doing that second chance offers after seller limits have been used up. I guess im gonna be more careful now.
