Selling limits are being put in place for almost everyone these days.

A lot will depend on what you are selling, how much of it and how frequently. How are your DSR's? Another thing to consider is if your p/p is linked to your e/b account and if so is it fully verified with all sending and receiving limits lifted?

Somewhere in there is your answer and there is no way around it other than providing them any info they might ask for or meeting their seller requirements

You might doing something risky in terms of sales - consider yourself lucky to not be hit with ID verify.

As a sidenote (and for your information), I had an account that got hit with limits from no limits down to 50/5k or something like that - I spoke to an agent about why...and next thing I know, the account was BLOCKED from selling. Choose your path wisely.

yep ebay doesn't like it when you question them; it makes them feel inferior.

but on a serious note: look at all the things NoneOther mentioned.

ding ding ding, we have a winner.

ebay does this to protect itself. when you start to suck as a seller, they get nervous and punish you

so stop sucking and you will go back to normal

could be one of many reasons

there is a a bit on paypal if i remember rightly where it explains why there could be selling limits put on your ebay account

low dsr's....disputes......high risk items......high priced items.......certain types of items......anything that makes them nervous basically

its just part & parcel of the game

I had a shop, it makes no difference. Had no limits then a zero limit.... Yep that's right! Not a selling restriction but a zero limit...weirdos!

If you had a raise in cases or low dsr's that will be why. If you can get them removed or improved on they *may* raise the limits again.

And how long does it take after improving the DSR for the limit to go away?

Actually will it go away or does it get increased?
