| This!. In theory, it should be fine. PP is billing address. And shipping should just be with retailer. BUT as the great Bean points out, you can never be 100% sure what is passed on by the retailer. I have done this before and its normally ok. But the biggest issue is how EASY paypal is to "click n claim". So as more and more stores get burned they start forcing the PP address to get protection
BTW Contrary to popular belief, spending the funds is not any safer than a withdraw.
EDIT: I have a website that uses PP. And you can have a different shipping address then billing [PayPal]. However, if I get a large value order and feel off about address I will sometimes contact customer and ask if I can ship to PP. Now I ask because I understand the system. Another retailer may just ship to PP address anyway to be safe
