opening my first stealth acc today so few Q's

I got limited 6 months ago and today I wanna open my first and hopefully only stealth ebay and PP acc. so few Q's before I make a mistake.

first thing is I'm outside of the U.S so its suppose to be easier.
last week I opened new bank acc and new international credit card.

the bank acc name is on my name.

now I just want to open an ebay and pp acc for buying I don't want to mess up with selling again like last time so help me out please.

I wanna open the acc on my fathers name (maybe it would be better my sis info? name,dob...) with his details and my sis address which is close by and won't be linked to mine.
is it possible? is it a problem thats the bank acc is on my name and also the credit card and I wanna use my fathers name and dob for the acc?

should I put the acc info also on the new gmail acc info or it doesn't matter?

few more Q's will be updated here when I will continue with the guides steps.

I have read the guide a few times, I already opened new user acc on the pc and changed my ip address.

thats not true cause I said in my post and as the guide itself says if you only want to make the acc for buying and not selling you can use relative info it would make everything much easier, aint it so?

what about the other Q's?

would it be better to write both infos for gmail and ebay and paypal as my sister's info? or is it ok to write my dad's info with my sis's address and random gmail info?

what about connecting a credit card thats on my name with my fathers/sisters info on paypal?

I really don't to screw this up cause it took me some time to have a new bank account and a new credit card.

Can use whatever info on Gmail. Do NOT use credit card linked to YOUR bank. Get a gift card and put zip associated with stealth addy. Use tracfone or Google voice for phone verification. For more info check means to an end thread... Hope this helped

its not so easy to find a prepaid card in my country (Israel) :/
its not possible to use my credit card?
about the phone number thats not a problem I can use cell phone or home phone number, they usually don't call outside the u.s.

First thing, are you opening a US account?

Your gmail info should match whatever info you use in ebay/pp.

You can use your own credit card if the address's match. The house number and zip code need to match. The name doesn't matter.

sorry, didn't mean to be rude :( its probably cause of the excitment and tension, I haven't been on ebay for 6 months and there are alot of things I wanna purchase.

yes an US acc.

where does my credit card says the address or zip code? or you mean when I register my info to paypal?

another thing that no one gave me an answer to should I use my father's info with sister's address or all the info from my sister?

It's is not a good plan to use ANY info of relatives.
Book is a guide only. FORUM gives the current workings.

As for this being a US account the plan is even worse. Instead of complaining about no responses you sould have been reading much more of the forum.

Bad idea to use a credit card from a bank. Use a virtual card.

What are your steps for a IP? What consideration ave you given for paypal reacting to your IP?h

You are not ready to go stealth again.

Why? Because you will come back here saying you lost your account.

What steps have you taken for the suspensions ebay can give new accounts even when buying.

It looks like your are in Israel, but you are opening a US account? Do you have a US IP address solution?

Whatever address is registered on your credit card is what ebay/pp will get, but only the house number and zip code. So your stealth account details need to match this. So if your credit card is registered with 3332 W Walnut St, Las Vegas, NV 89109... Then your stealth address needs to be 3332 for the house number and 89109 for the zip code. The other details won't matter.

I wouldn't use your father's or sister's info.. Bad idea.. It is better to go all stealth. The only thing that could matter is using an address that you have access to.

my last acc was on ebay.com so I guess its an us acc there is no such thing as an israeli acc so far.

in Israel there is only one prepaid card which takes a lot of commission recharging there is no way I can use my own credit card? new number...

I want it to seem like my sister is using ebay, everyday use nothing special, not selling at all.

about the ip I changed it and I have dynamic ip and a new user acc on my pc so they won't track cookies and such things.

another thing about going stealth all the way most of the solutions that are suggested in the guide won't work in Israel...

Where there's a will there's a way.

It may take more time and effort as well as some cash but it can be done.

Your plan is very flawed and I would suggest a lot more research and planning needs to be done before you go any further.

I want to make this stealth as reliable and simple as possible cause its only for buying from time to time.

Why even add a bank if the account is only for buying?

Didn't read this entire thread but, what is so complicated? You can't use the credit card with your name on it for obvious reasons imo (it has your name on it). Just attach a bank account and do it the old-fashioned way, deposit money from your bank into your paypal to make the purchase. It shouldn't be this hard to make a buyer's account.

Just go for it with the knowledge you have right now and see what happens. Worst case scenario the account closes you lose an address but, you can start again and avoid the mistake you made the first time. Everything can't be perfect. I lost around 5+ selling accounts before things started to click.

Only physical credit cards have names on them. A merchant needs to physically scan the magnet strip on the credit card to get the name on the card. Otherwise they only see the house number and zip code. So basically you can use your own credit card with stealth info as long as the house number and zip code match.

but when I need to add a credit card or bank acc to paypal so would have a way to take money from me do they ask for the name of the owner of the card or the bank acc?
