Default paypal limited, i notice they called my cell phone

I have my paypal limited with 2.8k in it, I made this over a month. Not really selling much just 30 items a week. I have tracking posted directly into my paypal. So what gives... I have my account verfied with bank account. This account is stealth so all different name and address and ip and no cookies linking me.
So I did a withdrawal for $250 because i read not to do big amounts i notice in the morning when i was sleep a 407-xxx-xxxx called me in the morning but its missed it, I beleive its paypal calling because this is a new number for ebay and paypal. i check my email and i see paypal limited. I am like wtf.
Its asking to cofirm delevery, I ship all my items! and its asking for photo id, confirm location, and snn (oh crap!)

What can i do to get my paypal account back. I am getting tired of getting limited. I read the book 3 times and read the forums a lot.

paypal sent me this message
"We need your help resolving an issue with your account. To give us time to
work together on this, we've temporarily limited what you can do with your
account until the issue is resolved.

We understand it may be frustrating not to have full access to your PayPal
account. We want to work with you to get your account back to normal as
quickly as possible.

What's the problem?

We need some more information about some of your recent sales."

Do you know why I am limited???????? I only did a withdrawal for 250 and I am limited......

Total of $2800 coming into a new account worries them.

Phone them and talk to them.

Say you see you missed a call etc etc.
See if you can work thro' the stuff.

i think you have been given all the help we can give you. you have two choices, either send them the docs they want, or call them and try to talk your way out of it.

or option 3, see you in 180 days when you come back to ask how to get your $$$ out

I never withdraw more than 150.00 per day never. When I did I was a noob and learned that you get limited or get a quick call for stealth accounts you might not supply id ever for.

The good ole 402 missed call= instant limitation. If you answered that call it could of been avoided. Important to always expect that call and have all your info ready.

Unfortunately if you missed a call and Paypal limited your account, it's too late. All reps will tell you to complete the steps described in the Resolution Center, there won't be any easy ways out. Next time you'll have to answer the call. Even by telling Paypal that you are the person but is unable to talk at the moment will prevent your account from being limited.

I told them i missed there call right after i requested a withdrawal for 250 and i said is that why i am limited, she said even if i answered i would be in this, since my account is a month old?

IS she just playing with me to follow there long check listed? or if i answered i wouldn't be limited?

I called they basically told me the same thing and told me to click on the email and do the check list. I said i don't want to provide my snn and they said that i have to do it all to verify my id or wait 180 days
They said that my account is a month old with sales on ebay and i have to provide my supplier, and when i look on paypal is not asking for supplier. its just asking for id, bank account, few more things and delivered conformation.
I said my ebay account is 100% but she said i already told you to just read the email why your limited. She acted very bossy.

I also ask if because I am making too much she said no, they need to id the account and provide suppliers, even though on paypal direct is just asking for shipping confirmation

markflood the basic reason is you had too much fund come into the account within the first month.

Remember if you are a new seller then you will be starting off selling junk around the house which would be just a few hundred dollars.

You can keep calling paypal and ask for an appeal but I doubt it will do any good. But better to try then not try at all.

other then that there is nothing you can do.

Paypal told on the phone that it had nothing to do with my sales, i think she lying to make do the check list, i made 2.7k in the first month, my paypal is verfied, my ebay account is fine with 100% feedback.
Do you think she is lying, okay if had to do with my sales, how much should i make a month to get no red flags.? on the first month, 2nd month , 3rd month. This is per junk because I used to sell 10k sales on ebay in the good ole days and have 2 accounts. Nows they make where you are doing good on ebay and paypal screws you up.

You can't trust a word the Paypal reps are saying when it comes to anything negatively related to your account, that's as far as I can tell you.

Paypal must be getting millions of calls per month with terrible customer service.

2700 on a new account in one month is certain death. next time do 1 of 2 things, dont sell so much at first, or let the money sit for a few months before you try to withdraw it
