Anybody ever deal with ootp?

I was banned last fall for selling restricted items. Was my own fault. Didn't do enough research and thought that since i biught these items on ebay and others were selling them it was ok. I was wrong. After 8 years of selling with no probs no neg feedback, i was immediately banned, paypal limited. Emailed ootp and got an email and 2 calls from same guy there a few weeks later. Got buying priv back with account, and got pp unlimited. Minor victory. The rep told me there was a good chance i can sell again after a few months. Emailed them again 4 months later. Got generic response. Saying selling resticted indef, will not reverse decision. I sent another email with attention to same rep i spoke with prev. Still no response after 3weeks. I feel betrayed. Rep was so nice on phone and called me 2 sep times before. Not sure if its worth anymore tries after letting things cool for a bit.

Anybody else have similar experience with ootp or this type of situation?
Would prefer to get this account back.

I don't know about all that, but in the early days when all you had to do was change ip addresses, I open a lot of accounts as Meg Whitman.

Offifce of the President Ebay. Been around for years. Certainly since the mid 2000s.

Users escalate claims to them in an effort to get reinstated.

OOTP got flooded.

Rare to have success now.

Once they would give the courtesy of a reply....

I once had a account named ren and stimpy. When I called ebay when it was suspended, the ebay rep knew it wasn't my real name but she thanked me for the laugh. She gave me her personal employee # for any future help. I never ask for her.
