Default Paypal linked my accounts, now limited

So I made a new account on a new Ip, address, slightly changed name, cleared all cookies/flash cookies.

I was doing fine for a week, then a Paypal agent called me saying that my account will be limited within 5 minutes.

He told me because I had to resolve an issue with a previous account.

"xki******@domain.com"

I never used the same information for the accounts. The only thing that was the same was that I used remotely the same name.

How was it possible that my accounts got linked?

Making a new one soon, but I had around $600 in there. -Before you guys say I should have deposited that to my bank, I couldn't because they were eBay funds and you need to wait 21 days.

So how did I get linked? Also, how can I prevent this linkage again?

Welcome to the forums. First step - get the stealth guide to understand stealth processes.

You might have logged into the old account, maybe did not clear cookies well, same name and what you were selling were TOO CLOSE to old account...possibilities are endless.

Best to operate like a new user completely.

not a very common name
same name and same bank
same products, listing style & photos
address too close to old address

^^^ could be some mix of above. Other than that, you must have made a mistake with cookies, IP mixing.

Made those mistakes.

I have specific methods, I sell eBooks and softwares on eBay. Am I just supposed to change what I sell?

Thanks.

rsot said exactly what I was thinking before I even scrolled down.

My question was...did you create a NEW User Account? Or did you try from scratch on your old User Account?
