Default Paypal Chargeback/Account Status

I need some advice here........my paypal account is legit. A customer has screwed me without vaseline and I do not plan on giving him a refund voluntarily or in a timely manner. I have emptied my paypal and bank account connected. Here's the pitch.........I intend to continue doing business with this account but would like to give my a-hole customer the hardest time/grief trying to get his money back. My question............Do I risk Paypal closing my account/departing ways with me if they have to deal with a chargeback for $400/no money in account to pull it from? My ultimate plan is to have the customer go through the entire ordeal before I pour the money into the account, because eventually I will have to cough the money up one way or the other.

yes, your account will most likely become limited or you will not be able to use the account until the negative balance is covered.

If its negative too long, you will have it go into collections since it is your real info.
Unfortunately, if you wish to keep the account, you have to absorb the screw :(

Then there is always the option that they could let you pay the balance and THEN limit you..

You might just have to go stealth, im sorry to say
