Default What is more safe to sell on eBay?

Ok, so my account is based in Bulgaria, so i'm registered in ebay UK and paypal UK. So far with my experience, all my stealth accounts are limited in PayPal, not in ebay, so i don't have any problems with eBay so far.
So my question is, is it more safe and easy to pass PayPal limitation when selling Samsung Galaxy S3 or Nexus, than Apple products ?

Easier than Apple? Sure. But STILL high-risk in eBay's eyes. Most smart phones are.

To be honest, I have never been involved with electronics as MOST are expensive. Even the non branded tablets that you can import with the latest android system... they are still high risk even if they go out at £60 a pop.

Personally, I would never get involved with electronics and I am still to yet find out what isn't classed as 'high risk' to be honest.......
