Default account below standard by 0.06% for item as described

hi guys, my account is below standard for items as described by 0.06% and was speaking to ebay about it.

The ebay livechat person said she would send off my account for review by a specialised team and that i had a possibility of getting my account status back to standard withot having to wait until the next evaluation (20th october)

just wondering if anyone have experienced this before?

lol not really mate, its a legit account with legit items, with sales of 5k and above every month until last month since i fell below standard.

i guess they are doing something new and allowing unhappy sellers who have slightley fallen below standard marginally the chance to be re evaluated??

yer sorry mate , had a few pop's tonight.

your probably right but experience has taught me never to listen to what eby and PP tell you

It does not matter how much you sell a month, much bigger player get dumped all the time with legal items and accounts, Apparently for nothing too .

Start sweating

How old is the account & status otherwise?

Anything smelly?

lol.

yeah i know but i doubt its in relation to a suspension of any kind. The lady clearley stated i may have a chance of becoming back to standard after the review without having to wait until next month.
Just wanted to see if anyone else experienced being below standard and having this status bumped up to above standard by speaking to them.

anyway will see what they have to say.

lol, what is it with this forum and "smelly business"

nothing smelly. probably something ebay are piloting

ive a good track history, sales history, not much negative feedback, 100% policy compliance etc

im only below standard by 0.06%.

the lady stated after the review, my dsr scores would be recaclculated and i had a possiblity of becoming back to standard without having to wait until next evaluation.

I meant chargebacks, negatives aka 'smelly'.

Re-appraise your items & the listings.

Check if you can pin-point why you are getting dinged there.

Experience is an account that got 'looked' at, did not get restored. Took a while

lol oh right.

no negs, chargebacks.

i just clearley stated to them that i was unhappy with being below standard and buyers leaving low dsrs with positives even though i have had a great run over the previous months prior to being below standard and she said she would pass it on to specialised department and possibly get the scores recalculated so that i could become back to standard without having to wait another 30 days.

I thought there was only a few ways to bring DSR up, now you have explained it, it makes sence but dosn't sound right.

Im sure you right and have nothing to worry about or should i say hope.

Boost your account with some low end items. While it is good you called eb and had positive results, could have gone the other way. Your account is already ID verified?

yes everything is legit.

But im still below standard on the account which is having a major effect on visibility.
The lady did say it may be possible for my account to be back to standard without having to wait until next month so dont know what going on there.

Only one count has been removed from dsr ratings making me above standard now but i think it looks like i still need to wait until next month.

just a quick question.

once youve reached selling 400 transactions in the previous 3 months does this mean all the dsr ratings for the past 3months only get taken into account during the evaluation and not the full 12 months?
