PP limited-- just have to confirm location, can I call PP?

So, all I needed to do was confirm my location by phone; easy, right?

Well, when they called in order for me to enter the pin, I had two screaming kids crying for me, so I hung up the phone.

When I went back on Paypal in order for them to call me again, the option was gone!

Can I call Paypal and ask them to please put the option back on, as I cannot wait 7-10 business days for a pin to arrive in the mail!

If your account is legit you can call them.

But if your account is stealth it's highly advisable to avoid calling either paypal or ebay unless you want to open a big can of worms.

Who told you that? I call eBay at least twice a week. PayPal less so. But I would if I had a reason to.

There was the option but the phone call ended.


Under these circumstances, a call to paypal could be considered

PROVIDED the poster is confident & has all info for the account.
