21 Day hold - new account

I am about to open a new stealth PP account.If I input tracking info for my items will they release the money before 21 days?

PayPal will not release the money just for uploading the tracking. They either want to see the goods have been delivered or that feedback has been received.

At best the system for holding funds seems random.

if you call them 3 days after the tracking number shows as delivered they will release instantly

dont rely on feedback or for pp to do it themselves

get your passcode and call them

i do on accounts with holds

i call 3 times a week

i always have funds available 4-5 days after the sale date

although there wont be the "release when feedback is left" option

show delivery and 3 days later they release

i find that setting up a little eby account to get rid of the 21day holds before i attach the PP to my site works wonders, seems to work wonders for the rolling reserve if you wait a while longer.
